Cookie notice

This page explains the cookies and browser storage Clubspot uses today. We use essential storage to keep sign-in, onboarding, and security working. We do not use advertising cookies.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for Clubspot to work properly and cannot be switched off inside the product.

Session cookie — keeps you signed in after Google or email magic-link sign-in. HttpOnly, scoped to our domain. Duration follows server session settings (see Terms and internal auth docs).
Onboarding draft cookie — optional HTTP-only cookie that resumes the club setup wizard; only set while you are in onboarding.
CSRF / OAuth state — short-lived cookies or values set during sign-in; cleared as part of the OAuth or email callback.

Optional / not used yet

We do not currently load analytics or marketing trackers by default. If that changes, this page will be updated and consent will be handled where required.

Managing preferences

Use the banner on public pages to choose your preference. Clearing site data in your browser will reset the banner. Signing out of the product ends the current authenticated session.
